REGISTRATION

Advanced registration is required and must include a completed application and the applicable registration fee. Enrollment is limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged. Each camper must have a complete and up-to-date file on record, including a completed application, required fees, current physical and immunization forms, and a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

Registration / Administrative Fee

A flat, non-refundable administrative registration fee of $120 per child is due at the time of enrollment. This fee secures a child’s placement and covers administrative processing, staffing commitments, and program preparation. The registration fee is not applied toward weekly tuition and is non-refundable, regardless of attendance or changes to enrolled weeks.

Tuition & Payment Schedule

Fifty percent (50%) of the camp tuition balance is due on or before Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The remaining balance is due on your child’s first day of camp.

Refunds & Cancellations

If a registered camp week is canceled, the weekly tuition of $350 may be refunded. The $120 registration fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward tuition.

Hazelwild does not issue refunds due to illness; however, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule your camper when possible. Campers must be able to participate physically in all camp activities each day.

If, for any reason, you must withdraw your child’s camp session(s), a minimum of one (1) week’s written notice is required. Failure to provide the required notice will result in full camp tuition being due, and no refunds will be issued.

* All registrations must be completed in person and accompanied by your child’s birth certificate and a current physical for new campers.
